Show some love for Fashion, Flavour & Art – an event in support of CANSA

by Karisa

Fashion Flavour & Art is an event taking place at the Shimansky Diamond Musuem in the V&A Waterfront on Sat, 26 Jul.  In their words they are:

Inviting you on a journey to honour the vision of CANSA, celebrating the style, flavours and textures that life offers through creativity.  Enjoy an evening of visual and sensory experience in the heart of Cape Town, the Design Capital of the World.

Guests will be treated to fashion by Jacques Lagrange Couture and Gabriela Fraser Designs, a contemporary dance performance by New World Dance Theatre, sushi & canapés from Beluga, chocolate truffles from Saszali Chocolates, macarons & nougat from GLAZE French Patisserie, as well as a special art exhibition by artist Shui-Lyn White (who’s beautiful artworks will also be on sale & if purchased on the evening, 50% of the sale will go directly to CANSA).

Guests will also get the opportunity to be part of a big “squeeze” with WDC2014 project uKusela eKapa or you might even get a cameo appearance in the behind-the-scenes documentary that is being shot by Undiscovered.

The best part is that all the sponsors involved have donated their time, products & services at absolutely no cost which means that 100% of the funds raised will go directly to the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) to further support the incredible work they do to assist those affected by cancer in South Africa.

The lady behind the event is gorgeous Mrs South Africa 2014 finalist Anna Donkin and in conjunction with the event coordination skills of Anthony Smith from Ambienz Bespoke Concierge they’re promising a great opportunity to enjoy a night out in a beautiful location, enjoying lovely food & wine, being wowed by amazing art and design, and all for a really great cause.
