I have been completely obsessed with their risotto offering for quite some time now and whenever people ask me for a date night suggestion, they’re inevitably one of the options I provide.
This past weekend we joined them for a little sneak peek at their Tour Through France menu series which will be kicking off this Wednesday, 22 July and running until the 29th of September.
As the name suggests, the Tour Through France series is a celebration of fine French cuisine which introduces a new menu focusing on a different French region each week. These menus are also beautifully paired with some exceptional local wines to round everything off.
Things will kick off with Paris this week and a menu that includes French onion soup, braised pork belly & Paris Brest (Crisp Choux pastry, Praline crème patisserie). You’ll then go on a culinary journey with them through the regions of Central France, Pays de la Loire, Normandy, Alsace – Lorraine, the French Alps, Burgundy, South West France, Provençe, and finally Corsica.
