Check out these tempting Sedgwick’s Old Brown summer cocktail recipes

by Karisa

Last week I joined the Sedgwick’s Old Brown team for a little cocktail party over at Tjing Tjing’s Torii room in Longmarket Street.

The party was a nod this this “original” while showcasing some new ways to enjoy Sedgwick’s this summer.

Working my way through a cocktail menu… well yes please… Bottom left are the guys from Manouche who provided the gypsy jazzy tunes for the night.

At the end of the evening, we were each given a booklet of 8 cocktail recipes which we could try out at home. AND NOW, I’m sharing these with you guys so you can enjoy your original “Obies” in some summer concoctions of your own.

Each cocktail has a unique name and story behind it (which you can read about on www.sedgwicksoriginal.co.za – while you’re there, also check out their recipe section.  There’s a saucy steak & braaied snoek recipe there that looks a-ma-zing).
