Some pairing fun with Perfect Pairing SA

I recently attended an interesting little pairing event hosted by Perfect Pairing SA.  Who is Perfect Pairing SA? Well they’re a group of cool folks who’ll be hosting monthly events during which they aim to deliver the “perfect pairing” of food, drinks and experiences, all the while supporting 100% local producers.

The May event took place at the very sexy Ghibli Bar and Pool Terrace of the all new Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Cape Town…

On the pairing menu for the evening we had 3 cocktails made with Triple Three Gin which had been carefully paired with 3 dishes created by Radisson Blu Cape Town’s talented chef.

I may not have gotten a photo of dessert, but I did get some great sunset shots…
