Come Wine With Us joins forces with Fleur Du Cap Wines & Moyo Blouberg to end of 2018 with a bang

by Karisa

A couple of weeks ago I attended the final Come Wine With Us Cape Town event for 2018 which was held at Moyo in Blouberg.  The evening involved African face painting, lovely wines provided by Fleur Du Cap, a 3 course African-inspired feast, fire dancers & spot prizes.

For those who haven’t heard of Come Wine With Us before – they arrange special food & wine evenings both here in Cape Town & Johannesburg.  The venues, menus & wine selection changes with each event, but the evening always promises to merge great food, great wine & great conversations to ensure a fun evening out.

I’ve attended quite a few of their events and they offer something different every time…

Cheers to beautiful Cape Town sunsets!

I’m a huge sucker for a samoosa hey…

This fresh salad was delicious too…

Still feasting…

Our after dinner entertainment was on fire 😉

This definitely was another great evening of trying new things & meeting new people.  If you’re keen to check out one of these Come Wine With Us evenings for yourself, keep an eye out on the Cape Town Events page.  OR EVEN BETTER – subscribe to their newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming events.

As an idea of pricing, this event cost R450 pp which included all food & wine for the evening, and trust me, this is one event where you won’t be complaining about anyone skimping on the wine.

I’m going to wrap up by saying a big thank you to the CWWU team for letting me join in on their end of year celebrations & here’s to an even bigger & better 2019.
