To celebrate the launch of this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Cape Town, myself along with some other lovely folks were treated to a grand “love your city” tour during which we were given the low-down on what to expect at this year’s fashion feast which is set to take place at the CTICC from Thu, 24 July to Sat, 26 July 2014:So what’s on the cards this year? Think Gavin Rajah, KLûK CGDT, Stefania Morland, Fabiani, Craig Port, as well as a host of exciting newcomers. PLUS, I can also confirm that award-winning and internationally acclaimed Johannesburg designer, Marianne Fassler, will be opening this year’s fashion week with a what promises to be a fabulous showing of her latest collection:Other mentions:

- And the AFI Fastrack™ programme will also be doing an installation by the 2014 winners, Rich Mnisi, Tuelo Ngunyuka, Jessica Ross and Naazneen Kagee, who were all crowned Fastrack™ winners at MBFWJ earlier this year.
