So when I was contacted by Natalie Hoare from Bullcakes & Cupdogs to ask whether I’d like to try a batch of her cupcakes, it took me about 30 seconds to have a look at her Facebook page and go:  Hell yes please!

I decided  some cupcakes would be the perfect treat for a recent girl’s pamper night I hosted at mine and I gave her free reign over how she’d like to decorate them.  This was the result:

Now normally when cupcakes look this good, they do tend do be a bit dry & disappointing once you bite into them.  But I can happily confirm that her cupcakes are soft, fluffy & light as air.  Just the way cupcakes are supposed to be.

Natalie can do vanilla, chocolate or red velvet cupcakes.  She charges R15 for a basic cupcake and R17 for the decorated ones.  She does require a minimum order of 12 and if you can give her about a week’s lead time, that’s best. (But depending on how busy she is, she can sometimes get it done in a day or two)

You can simply collect your cupcakes from her, or if needed she can do a cupcake delivery (price depending on your delivery area).
