You’ll get brownie points for months (maybe even the rest of the year), trust me!
I went to check it out last Friday and the show is nothing short of amazing. If you don’t have a special someone to take along, no stress, bring family & friends. The story will resonate with anyone who’s ever been in a relationship. It’s basically a love story with some twists and turns and unexpected surprises. It’s funny, a little sad, moving, very sexy and everything good in between. Here’s the official synopsis:
Love is complicated, even when it’s not.
Ash and Vanessa bring you their full-blown musical dance show. It’s sexy, funny and energetic, full of
quirks and unexpected titbits, which has become their signature formula, but this time it also is not
what you think.
The show features local talents Ash Searle, Lucy Tops (this woman’s vocals are insane!), Brad Searle, Jo Liebenberg, Nicole vd Berg, Natasha Rhoda & Liam Gillespie, and was written, directed & choreographed by power team Vanessa Harris & Ash Searle. The official genre is: Musical dance play – but you really can’t box this show in. Just go and watch it and you’ll see what I mean…
But hey, don’t just take me word for it – watch this little teaser and then try tell me this doesn’t look like something worth seeing:
Tickets cost R175 pp and can be purchased over here. The show duration is 70min and the starting time is 8:30pm.
ALSO – something to consider is maybe joining them for dinner before the show. Their upstairs restaurant is super cute and you can grab dinner & do some drinks from 6:30pm onwards. On Thursday evenings they also do a dinner special where you buy one main and get one free.
Have a look at their menu over here & call them on 021 788 7257 to book a table. It’s definitely worth a consideration for some extra brownie points. 😉
